Oksana Sadovenko
Oksana Sadovenko is a Ukrainian artist born in Kyiv, completed her Master’s degree in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (VŠVU) in 2024, and currently lives and works in Bratislava. Her practice spans painting, objects, and installations, exploring the delicate intersections of memory, identity, and survival. Through recurring motifs such as the pigeon, her work meditates on migration, resilience, and the human condition, with a particular focus on the poetic adaptation to urban space and the ways individuals inhabit, transform, and endure within it.
