TIMO

Timo is a Brno-based street artist, poet, sculptor and painter intervening in public spaces since 1997. He studied at the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University, later sculpture at FaVU Brno – though most of his education happened on concrete walls at 3am. He transforms urban infrastructure into poetic dialogue – subway walls become pages, utility boxes turn into galleries. His works subvert corporate logos: Police becomes Poetry, Home Credit morphs into Home Less. Sometimes called the Banksy of Brno.
